Cancellation/Refund Policy.

Locks and Loaded Salon requires a credit card in order to reserve all appointment.

Per our policy, Locks and Loaded requires 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment regardless of the situation. In the event that you are canceling or rescheduling in that 48 hour window you will be charged 50% of your service booked. If you do not show up to an appointment or do not let us know within the 48 hour window you will be charged 100% of your service booked. Clients that exceed 15 minutes late of their appointment will be considered a no show. We do not offer any refunds. If you are unhappy with your hair we ask that you let us know within 1 week of your appointment and we will fix your hair for free based on the situation. If you are unhappy with your hair because you changed your mind after the service, used unprofessional products at home resulting in color stripping or altering the color you received you will be charged for the new service.
