
CANCELLATION POLICY/REFUNDS
Locks and Loaded Salon requires a credit card in order to reserve an appointment.
Per our policy, Locks and Loaded requires 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment regardless of the situation. In the event that you are in that 48 hour window of your reservation or you no show, you will be charged a cancellation fee based of the duration of your appointment. Clients that exceed 15 minutes late of their appointment will be considered a no show. We do not offer any refunds. If you are unhappy with your hair we ask that you let us know within 1 week of your appointment and we will fix your hair for free. If you are unhappy with your hair because you changed your mind after the service, used unprofessional products at home resulting in color stripping or were a color correction you will be charged for the new service.
